SMS Messaging Program
Pete's Views offers separate, optional text-message categories. Turning on Appointment & service texts authorizes automated booking confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, requested waitlist alerts, and appointment-assistance messages. Turning on Offers & promotions separately authorizes occasional discounts, last-minute openings, and special offers. Consent is not required to create an account, purchase services, or book an appointment.
- Message Frequency: Frequency varies based on booking activity and the categories you select.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- Preference controls: You may turn either category on or off in your account.
- Opt-out: Text STOP to stop all SMS messages at any time. One non-promotional confirmation may be sent.
- Reactivation: You may provide fresh consent through your account. If carrier action is still required, text START to the business number.
- Help: Text HELP for assistance.
No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS opt-in consent data will be sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Private reward and family invitations may be sent only to people the sender knows and is authorized to contact. Invitations may be accepted, declined, canceled by the sender while pending, or automatically expired. A pending reward remains owned by the sender but cannot be used or sent elsewhere until the invitation is accepted, canceled, declined, or expired.
Some calls and SMS responses use an AI assistant to help with public business information and booking assistance. The assistant cannot authenticate you from a phone number, access private account details, guarantee availability, or complete payments, cancellations, refunds, or rescheduling. You may request a person at any time.
Optional Upfront Payments and Refunds
When offered during booking, paying the full service price upfront is optional unless your account or the booking policy requires payment. If an eligible prepaid appointment is canceled online before the applicable cancellation deadline, the amount paid for that appointment will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Appointments that cannot be canceled online require direct assistance from Pete's Views and remain subject to the cancellation policy shown at booking.
In-Person Checkout Signatures
When checkout signature confirmation is enabled, the client will be shown the service, checkout total, tip, payment method, and signature disclosure before the transaction is completed. Signing creates an electronic record that the displayed information is accurate, the listed service was received, and the selected payment method was authorized. A required checkout cannot be completed until a signature is provided. A checkout signature does not eliminate any rights provided by applicable law or card-network rules.
